|Recommended: Yes2900 OK — The complex is quiet, office is clean, club house is clean open during reasonable hours , staff are nice in the office. Only complaint I have was the lease agent who rented to me she left me w the impression I was prorated. I was not very upset. But she's gone now I have no anatomists about it now.
The pool is great the little events they have are great. Thank u.

|Recommended: YesResident — The staff in the office are very helpful and if you have any kind problem within your unit you can talk to them about it and they will do what they can. The apartments are pretty nice, and it isn't very noisy. And they have community events that you are welcome to join in on and participate. The mail system is very well set up and with no key access to the areas like the mailroom and the workout area makes it a lot easier and you can pick up your packages or go over whenever you want at any time of the day.

|Recommended: NoBad place to live — Donât let the rate and price fool you. This place is not worth living here. People are stealing, some buildings have camera, some doesnât. There are insects everywhere, coming from the sink, from the toilet, from the wall. The staffs are bad, they wonât deal with you, all they do is give you the email and tell you to contact this person or that person. They charged me something that Iâm not sure with. And they just told me to email this person to ask about it and never get a reply. They started charging 5 for trash but there are trash everywhere outside of my balcony. Overall, you can find a better place to live than here at the 2900s

They donât keep their bookkeeping up. Will send out a late notice when utilities just posted, and will be billed with rent.
Maintenance does not repair to good living standards. They charge a fee to the next rent payment.
Will not respond in timely manner.
Glad to be leaving soon.
They need professional workers.

|Recommended: NoThe worst place in Oklahoma. Horrible staff, besides kiara and Bianca they tried their best horrible management. When I mean nothing works in my apartment and they refuse to fix anything I mean it. The shower doesnât work, aswell as one person can shower every hour. the sink leaks, the microwave doesnât work, the washer and dryer donât work, like what the fuck. The only thing you guys are good at is taking peoples money and leavening eviction notices everywhere. Yet you want to spend pointless money on things that arenât important like a half assed parking lot makeover that looks even worse that before. Do not rent here even if itâs the cheapest. The is a long list in why theyâre the cheapest.

|Recommended: YesDear office staff — If one thing really DOES SUCK is when you guess leave before the technical week day 6pm closing. Oh leave at 5 30. Right as some people may get off or home for work or break and may need to pick up a larger package thatâs in the office not the lockers and then no oneâs there BEFORE 6pm and the doors locked
